10A. Professional Referral Service (Hire an Advocate / Join Advocate Network)

IPC 2 BNS operates a voluntary professional referral service through which users may submit enquiries to connect with advocates (“Hire an Advocate” service) and legal professionals may apply to receive client referrals (“Join Advocate Network” service). By using either of these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• IPC 2 BNS is a legal reference and referral platform, not a law firm, legal advisory firm, or regulated legal service provider. We do not provide legal advice through this service.
• Submitting the “Hire an Advocate” form does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship between you and the Platform or any advocate in our network.
• We do not guarantee the availability, response time, quality, or outcome of services provided by any advocate introduced through this Platform.
• Advocates who apply to join the network are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid Bar Council enrolment and all required regulatory approvals for the legal services they offer to clients.
• Any engagement, fees, terms of service, or agreement between a client and an advocate is solely between those two parties. The Platform is not a party to any such arrangement and assumes no liability whatsoever arising from it.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject, remove, or suspend any advocate from our network at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Information submitted through the “Hire an Advocate” or “Join Advocate Network” forms is processed via Tally.so and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Advertising

We display advertisements on this website, including through Google AdSense and other networks. Third-party advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies to serve relevant ads. We do not control the content of third-party ads.
